I have had the extreme pleasure of working not once but twice with Thomas Faille. The first time was when I purchased my most recent home, and the second time when I refinanced that same home. For my refi, it was a cash out situation as I took the opportunity to pay off other debt I had, which cut my monthly expenses drastically.
