Jason Decker has been working with Tom for about four years. I enjoy working directly with the people and families we serve to make the process as smooth as possible. Prior to working with The Faille Team, he worked in the logistics industry for 10 years and prior to that, he was active duty in the US Army for seven years including deployments to both Iraq and Kuwait. Jason is married with three kids, and two dogs. I enjoy playing piano, watching sports, reading, and spending time with my family.
